Arrival
We recommend arriving at least one day prior to the wedding and encourage you to make the most out of your time in Bend. Please see details below regarding travel & lodging.
Wedding Day - May 7, 2026
We will be providing complimentary shuttle service for our guests to and from the wedding. Our shuttles will depart from The SpringHill Suites, The Oxford Hotel, and The Westman Hotel, each at 3:45 PM. Return shuttles will begin at 9:15 PM and will run continuously throughout the remainder of the evening to bring guests back to their accommodations.
To make getting to and from the celebration easy (and safe!), we encourage all guests to use the wedding shuttles. Guests may also drive, and limited parking will be available on-site. Uber/Lyft are available, but wait times to the farm can be 20+ minutes, so please be sure to request your ride early if you plan to rideshare.
Dress Code
Our wedding is formal attire. As the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes suitable for walking on natural surfaces, and a light jacket or wrap for the evening as temperatures cool.
No Gifts, Please
Your presence is the only gift we wish to receive. If you would like to honor our wedding with a gesture, we would be grateful for a donation to Harmony Farm Sanctuary, a Bend-based farm animal rescue close to our hearts.

Planning Your Visit
For guests flying in, the closest airport is Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM). We highly recommend arriving one day early to allow for smoother travel, as flights into Central Oregon can occasionally experience delays. Upon arrival at RDM, rental cars are available on-site, but fleets are limited and should be reserved in advance. For those who prefer not to rent a car, we also recommend local transportation services such as Enviro Shuttle or Shuttle Oregon, which offer convenient service between the airport and Bend. Rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber are also available, but we recommend securing a rental car if you would like to explore the area more flexibly.
Getting Here
We’ve secured room blocks for our guests at The Westman Hotel and The Oxford Hotel, both located in the heart of Downtown Bend. These boutique properties offer a comfortable, elevated stay with easy access to downtown dining, shopping, and all the charm Bend has to offer. Booking within our room blocks ensures preferred rates and keeps everyone conveniently close for the weekend’s celebrations. Details for reserving your room can be found below. We also recommend the Springhill Suites in Old Mill District, which is one of the stops in our shuttle service.

Lodging
Bend is a beautiful place for shopping, dining, and outdoor exploring. Downtown Bend has great shops full of local goods and vintage gems. We love Shevlin Trail and Drake Park for long walks. If you would like to explore beyond the town, we enjoy visiting Sisters - a neighboring village, and have heard good things about local hiking or horse riding. If you need groceries, hygiene basics, or want to taste a variety of local provisions, check out Newport Avenue Market.
Local Fun
Early May is a great time to be in Bend. You should plan for a high of mid-60s during the day, with colder temperatures at night - layer up.
